Nasiolabial Folds
The nasiolabial folds are the first wrinkles that appear in the face. These unwanted smile lines appear from the outer corners of the nose down to the outer corners of the mouth. This lines can give to your face a sad and tired look. With the use of dermal fillers (hyaluronic acid) we can correct, restore lost facial volumen and in some cases completely eliminate this lines improving skin health and youthfulness.

Dr Bassanini combines different techniques using needle and micro cannula to precisely inject filler along specific areas of the nasiolabial folds.
The procedure is PAINLESS if a dental block is given to completely numb the working areas making the entire procedure pain free. Local anaesthetic can also be given in the form of topical cream and combined inside the dermal filler.
Initially the skin may become a bit red and inflamed although this usually subsides within 48-72 hours.
Results are evident immediately.
The treatment of nasiolabial folds can last up to 6 months but depending on lifestyle in some cases can last up between 9 to 12 months on repeated treatments.
